In fast-paced, high-demand environments, it’s easy to become disconnected from the body — moving on autopilot, holding tension without realising, and rarely giving the nervous system space to slow down.
Reconnect & Reset is a guided morning session designed to bring you back into that connection.
Led by Yasmin, founder of withmimi, the session combines slow, intentional movement, breathwork and gentle restoration to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and support a more grounded, steady state for the day ahead.
Expect a calm, considered flow focused on awareness, presence, and reconnecting with the body — leaving you feeling more centred before moving into your day.
The guided session will run from 7:30–8:30am, followed by refreshments and time to connect, unwind, and ease into the day. Guests are welcome to stay for the full experience or leave earlier if needed.
Open to all levels. No prior experience needed.
A 4-session pack focused on improving posture, alignment, and body awareness through guided movement and strength-based exercises.
Session length: 45 minutes
Class schedule:
• Tuesday – 12:30–1:15pm (GMT)
• Friday – 8:00–8:45am (GMT)
Sessions are designed to support better alignment, reduce unnecessary tension, and build balanced strength for everyday movement.
Suitable for all levels, with clear cues and modifications provided.
Valid for Posture & Alignment group sessions only.
