I’ve always believed that wellness isn’t something we escape to — it’s something we return to. For me, that return began in the kitchen, where I grew up surrounded by the rhythm of cooking and learned how nourishment shapes how we feel. Over time, that connection expanded far beyond food. I realised that balance comes from tending to the whole self — moving the body with love, honouring ritual, and creating moments that bring us back into alignment.

After nearly a decade in the corporate world, I understand how easy it is to lose that connection. Long days, pressure, and constant deadlines can pull us away from ourselves, leaving little space for breath, grounding, or presence. withmimi was born from the desire to change that — to help people rebuild their relationship with their body, mind, and energy, even in the busiest seasons of life.

Through yoga, mindful movement, nourishing food, and restorative rituals — from oiling the hair to body brushing to simply pausing with intention — I guide others back to themselves. I’m a certified yoga instructor trained in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, with 200 hours in Ashtanga and 50 hours in Aerial Yoga. My training includes meditation, breathwork (pranayama), alignment principles, and functional anatomy, grounding my teaching in both tradition and intelligent movement.
